Ted Francis of Singletree Realty specializing in farm, ranch and recreational property sales and purchases for nearly 30 years. After receiving a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wyoming in Animal Science, I was employed with the U.S. Department of Agriculture. My duties included supervised credit for land and chattel mortgages related to agricultural loans. Upon receiving my real estate license in 1976 I have been an agent specializing in ranch sales of all sizes. I work as a one man office, and represent either sellers or buyers as their agent, or will act as a intermediary between seller and buyer.
My main hobbies are hunting, fishing, wildlife viewing and photography. I've been breeding foundation quarter horses and paints for about 40 years, keeping with the pedigree lines that have been the most successful in the rodeo arena.
